Hey I was unfortunately having some issues with the game. If I have the fire in the second screen, and go back to the first screen, the game locks me out...

I was also having trouble with the double jump- is there any way to give more leeway for that? Sometimes I also saw the fire go out after a single jump.

I really like the idea you're going for here! I think with a little polish it could be a lot more fun :) Great job for your first Game dev project!

Thanks for the positive words!
As for the bug with the first-second screen, is it to the effect of having you on the second screen whilst your character is in the first? if so that Is a bug I had thought I had solved, so I shall have to give that *another* once over.

As for the double jump leeway, as below, that is a common issue, I don't have a great fix for it right now, but will likely have one sorted either just before the deadline, or shortly after.

I beat it, I think?
Nice little mechanic! This has the potential to be an interesting metroidbrainia :)
If you allow me, I think the jump could be a little bit less stiff or permissive, and it would feel way better.
Really nice palette by the way! Information is quite well conveyed!

Hi thanks for the input! Could you elaborate what you mean on the jumps? Do you mean that there’s not enough margin for error in relation to a normal jump v a double jump or sth else?

Sure! I meant that there's just enough airtime to clear a gap, which means the margin of error is really, really small on a normal jump.

Hey, nice game, but after some time the music stops. Which is a shame, because its quite nice :)
